Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CodexaServe (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.
Accounts & Roles
- Clients may post projects, fund milestones, and review work.
- Freelancers may submit proposals, deliver work, and receive payouts.
- Affiliates (BD Associates) may share referral links and earn commissions.
Payments, Fees & Taxes
All payments are processed via our payment partners. Platform fees, payment method fees, and taxes (if any) may apply and are disclosed at checkout. You are responsible for any required tax reporting.
Escrow, Disputes & Refunds
Client funds may be held in an escrow-like mechanism per milestone. If a dispute arises, parties should first attempt resolution in good faith. Where available, our dispute team may review evidence and propose a resolution or refund according to policy.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Platform for unlawful purposes, spam, fraud, exploits, or infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate policy.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in a contract, IP is transferred upon successful payment of the relevant milestone(s). Users warrant they have rights to upload and use any content provided.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodexaServe is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes
We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Last updated: 2025-10-14.
